Anastasia Kovrizhnykh , an expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", an agronomist and landscape designer, explained why daisies should be sown for seedlings in January.
These flowers appear on flowerbeds in early May and delight the eye throughout the summer season.
In general, they are not troublesome, grow in light shade, and are not very demanding in terms of watering.
How to sow
1. It is essential to have a container with drainage holes.
2. You can use a universal soil mixture, but before sowing it needs to be compacted and watered.
3. Then distribute the seeds, sprinkle with a thin layer of soil and moisten with a spray bottle.
4. Then the containers need to be covered with film and the greenhouse left at a temperature of 20-22 degrees Celsius.
Once a day, you need to ventilate the plantings, and water them only after the soil has dried out.
5. After the shoots appear, the flower seedlings are removed to a cool place and grown at a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius.
