None of us are immune to mistakes. The frequency of incorrect actions directly depends on life experience. All of the above applies equally to gardening matters.

Thus, according to the expert of the online publication “BelNovosti”, scientist-agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh , very often “young” summer residents make mistakes when watering and fertilizing the trees growing in the garden.

It turns out that you should not pour water and add nutrient solutions directly to the roots.

If you do the same, do not expect significant results from the efforts made - most of the moisture, as well as nutrients, simply do not reach the plant.

This, undoubtedly, sad fact is explained by the fact that the suction roots are located at some distance from the trunk.

So how, on the contrary, should one proceed?

The correct option is to apply fertilizers, as well as water during soil moistening, into a circular furrow.

This, in turn, is done by retreating from the tree trunk about 600-100 cm. The width of the furrow itself, into which the nutrient compositions need to be added, is from 30 to 50 cm. A previously made projection of the crown will help you determine the distance with precision.
