To prepare the composition, it is enough to carefully wash the selected seeds and soak them for the required time - usually 5 hours is enough. For cereals, 12 hours will be needed.

Next, drain the water and place the grains on a damp cloth. Once the sprouts reach 5 cm in length, you can eat the greens.

Cut the sprouts with scissors - most likely, the seeds will give another small harvest. But it depends on the seed and growing conditions.
