In November, it is necessary to thoroughly loosen the bed (to a depth of 3-5 centimeters) and remove weeds.
If the soil is dry, you need to water it. You can add phosphorus-potassium fertilizers.
Also in November, strawberries need to be covered, but do not rush with this. Early covering often ruins the plantings. The temperature should drop below -5 degrees.
The best materials for covering a strawberry bed are dry leaves, peat, and straw.
You can cover the bed from above with lutrasil or agrotex, pressing it down along the edges with boards or bricks.
