The necessary components for fertilization can be found right on the site.
Not all cucumbers easily survive stress after planting in open ground. Some shoots even wither.
To help cucumbers adapt more quickly to a new location, gardeners apply the first nutritional supplement after 2 weeks.
This simple fertilizer not only helps the crop to take root faster in a new place, but also has a positive effect on crop yield.
Fertilizer for cucumbers
If the plants wither and turn yellow after transplantation, then it’s time to prepare a nutrient solution.
A ten-liter fertilizer should be filled with nettles, dandelions and other grass. Pour water over the green mass, cover the bucket with a lid and leave the product for 5-7 days.
The resulting liquid is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:2. Before use, cucumbers should be watered with warm water. Repeated application of fertilizer should be done after 10 days.
Usually after the second application cucumbers start to grow actively. If some problems are still observed, then you can water the plants with green fertilizer for the third time.
