Some gardeners especially don’t like going to their dachas in April and May.
The problem is not in the gardening work, but in the ticks. After all, they can harm a person and his pets. In extreme cases, even fatal outcomes are possible.
This is why it is necessary to take measures to clear the area of these parasites.
First of all, you should remove old leaves, grass and debris from the garden where these pests can hide.
Another step is to attach a waffle towel to a branch or any stick in the garden to make a kind of trap for ticks, which will cling to the material, which means that they will leave their saliva on it, becoming more vulnerable.
You can even move this trap through the grass to collect and destroy as many parasites as possible.
But what to do with them later?
Simply throwing them in the trash does not guarantee the disappearance of the pests. Experienced gardeners recommend putting the ticks in a jar of hot water for a few minutes. This method is guaranteed to destroy the parasites.
