Gardener's lunar calendar from March 6 to 12: when and what to plant

But instead of fussing, it would be better to look in and read what the Lunar Calendar of the gardener and horticulturist advises for the upcoming lunar week, the current lunar month.

March 6

It is time for active actions, when you can sow and plant annual flowers, ornamental trees and shrubs (non-fruit-bearing), as well as water and fertilize. At home, you can plant dracaena, monstera, philodendron, cissus and other ornamental ones. We apply mineral and organic fertilizers.

It is not recommended to prune, pick, pinch, graft or remove side shoots.

March 7

A good time to work in the garden or in the orchard. We continue to sow and plant what we did not have time to do the day before. On the ground, we are engaged in loosening, hilling, fertilizing, adding fertilizers (mineral and organic).

March 10

Today it is better to devote time to sowing carrots, rutabagas, beets, planting onions. You can also do weeding, thinning, spraying plants (against diseases and pests), planting indoor plants, grafting, transplanting, pruning.

It is not recommended to work with roots, loosen the soil, or water abundantly.

March 11

Time for watering, spraying (against pests and weeds), root feeding (organic), planting aloe, cacti, etc. In the garden, you can do pruning and grafting.

Work using garden tools is not recommended.

March 12

Today you should work with the above-ground part of plants, you can fight pests and weeds, fertilize, thin out seedlings, trim plant tendrils, plant aloe or cacti, plant and trim trees, pinch, graft and re-graft.

Working with roots and heavy watering are not recommended.
