The fight against insect pests takes up an immeasurable amount of time and effort from any gardener.
It is not surprising that farmers are still debating which method of eliminating parasites is the most effective – specially created drugs or folk remedies.
The issue of exterminating caterpillars on cabbage is no exception.
And while the debate is in full swing, we invite you to evaluate the favorite methods of many farmers, which have already helped to cope with this task more than once.
To do this, you will need to fill a 10-liter bucket with water and add 2 tablespoons of salt.
Another solution option is to use 50 ml of ammonia per the same volume of water.
Finally, you can prepare a mixture of 10 liters of water and 1 glass of 9% table vinegar.
Either of these solutions should be used for spraying, which is carried out once every 10 days. In between treatments, collect the caterpillars manually.
