Causes of yellowing foliage
If the geranium's foliage turns yellow, you should pay attention to:

- pot;
- nitrogen fertilizers.
Watering
Excessive or infrequent watering can cause yellow spots to appear on the leaves.
Geraniums need to be watered depending on the season: in summer, twice as often as in winter. Hard water will oversaturate the soil with calcium, which can lead to yellowing of the foliage.
Before watering, the water should be left to settle and a few drops of lemon juice should be added to soften it.
Drainage
Waterlogging of the soil is dangerous for geraniums. Therefore, drainage is essential when planting the flower, otherwise yellowing in the future cannot be avoided.
Pot
Lack of space in the pot will cause the foliage to turn yellow. In such conditions, it is difficult for the plant to receive the necessary nutrition.
Excess nitrogen
Nitrogen fertilization is necessary so that the geranium can form a lush green bush. Excessive fertilizer will cause the tips of the leaves to turn yellow.
