If you want to get a luxurious harvest of berries and fruits, the trees must be fed. This rule also applies to cherries.

According to the expert of the online publication Belnovosti, scientist-agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh , in early spring the cherry orchard acutely feels the lack of nitrogen.

To eliminate the deficiency, you can use urea.

Experienced gardeners prepare the fertilizer as follows: fill a matchbox with urea, and then pour the contents of the cardboard box into a 10-liter bucket filled with water.

After this, the liquid should be thoroughly mixed and poured into a watering can.

The solution obtained according to this recipe must be used to water the furrow around the trunk of the cherry tree (this area should be moistened in advance).

Let us remember: the circle itself is located along the perimeter of the cherry tree crown or at a distance of 60 cm from the trunk.

Each tree will need not one bucket of fertilizer, but 2-3, that is, the volume of fertilizer should be equal to 20-30 liters.

The next feeding should be done during cherry blossoming. This time, you should use potassium-phosphorus fertilizer, for example, a solution of 10 liters of water and 1 glass of ash, settled for 2 days.
