Here are the fertilizers that you shouldn't mix and that you shouldn't let others use on your property.
There is no point in adding potassium and phosphorus to alkaline soil. They will remain unavailable to plants.
Ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride and ammophoska cannot be mixed with ash, lime and dolomite.
Calcium nitrate is not mixed with fertilizers containing phosphorus or sulfur.
Simple superphosphate is not mixed with urea (carbamide) and ammonium nitrate, as this will render both preparations useless.
Sodium nitrate and potassium nitrate are mixed with superphosphate, but only before application.
