What will happen to the dollar by the new year?
As Milchakova said, a short-term weakening of the dollar is expected in the third ten-day period of November. This is due to the tax period.
The dollar may well fall to 98-99 rubles by the end of November, the analyst clarified.
In the first half of December, the expert continued, the American currency could rise to 101-102 rubles.
But we do not expect the US currency rate to remain at this level for long, Milchakova said.
