The US currency surprised: for the first time since November 11, it began to show a downward trend in our country.
The Belarusian ruble, which had previously lost to the dollar 15 times in a row, has finally managed to “overcome” the American currency.
Following today's trading on the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange, the United States representative lost 0.7 percent.
The single European currency also suffered a defeat.
But the Russian ruble and Chinese yuan strengthened. The Russian representative, by the way, broke an unsuccessful series of seven defeats in a row.
Trading results on November 29
Before the weekend, the main currencies in Belarus cost this much:
- dollar - 3.5701 BYN;
- euro - 3,795 BYN;
- 100 Russian rubles - 3.2981 BYN;
- 10 Chinese yuan - 4.9308 BYN.
Changes in exchange rates
On Friday, the dollar "lost weight" by 0.025 points. This is the first defeat of the "American" in the last 18 days.
The euro also broke its long winning streak, losing 0.0579 points, or one and a half percent.
The Russian ruble, which had been continuously losing to its Belarusian “colleague” since November 20, returned to growth: plus 0.16 percent.
The only major currency that managed to continue its previous trend today was the yuan. The Chinese currency gained for the ninth time in a row: plus 0.51 percent.
