Fruits are a very popular dessert option.
In other words, many gourmets are used to eating bananas, pears, apples or peaches at the end of lunch or dinner.
However, this approach, oddly enough, is wrong.
You shouldn't eat sweet fruits right after your main meal. Ignoring this rule can lead to digestive problems.
It is advisable to eat fruits about half an hour before lunch/dinner.
Why you shouldn't "eat" meat, potatoes and pasta with fruit
Sweet and sour-sweet fruits are sources of simple sugars.
The absorption of such compounds can be seriously complicated if protein, fatty and starchy foods were consumed shortly before they entered the body.
In other words, a gourmet will make a grave mistake if he eats a banana or a pear immediately after eating cutlets with fried potatoes or pasta.
This action will slow down the digestion of simple sugars.
To avoid problems, skip the fruit dessert.
It is better to eat a banana, apple, pear, tangerine or kiwi 30 minutes before lunch/dinner.
And if you have already had lunch or dinner, then wait at least a couple of hours and only then start eating fruit.
