Did you know about the existence of a simple and tasty buckwheat dish, thanks to which you can lose up to 5 kg of excess weight in a month?
According to nutritionists, anyone who wants to lose weight should eat buckwheat with kefir.
How to cook buckwheat
If you want to get the most out of these two foods, you should learn how to cook them properly. Spoiler: no cooking is required.
Buckwheat should be sorted and washed under running water, and to neutralize possible microorganisms, the cereal is doused with boiling water.
After all the manipulations have been done, drain the water and pour kefir over the buckwheat grains.
For 2 tablespoons of cereal you need to add 200 ml of fermented milk product. Sugar, of course, does not need to be added, just like salt.
Now put your future snack in the refrigerator, where it is supposed to spend the night, and in the morning you can try it.
Buckwheat with kefir prepared in this way is a complete breakfast. The effect will be even more pronounced if you replace your usual dinner with buckwheat with kefir.
Please note: the dish has contraindications. Buckwheat with kefir is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children under 18, or those suffering from diabetes, hypertension, or gastrointestinal problems.
