Ladygina advised including fruits and vegetables in the diet that increase acidity and activate the flow of bile.
The specialist included grapefruit, pineapple and arugula among such products.
They improve digestion, make it better and reduce appetite, the doctor said.
She clarified that arugula can be consumed at every meal, grapefruit and pineapple – no more than 2-3 times a week.
The expert also recommended including lymphatic drainage cocktails in the diet.
Add the juice of half a lemon to a liter of drinking water. You can also chop mint, parsley, cucumber, and ginger, the doctor explained the recipe.
She noted that herbal teas, lingonberry and rosehip decoctions, and mineral water have a similar effect.
The above-mentioned drinks are especially effective in combination with a sauna, massage and gymnastics.
However, in case of diseases of the stomach, liver, kidneys and other internal organs, they can be consumed only after consultation with a doctor, added Ladygina.
