As Solomatina explained, the cheese has a rich composition; it is a good source of vitamins A, D, E and K, calcium, copper, and phosphorus.
Cheese also contains tyrosine, melatonin and tryptophan.

Tyrosine is an amino acid necessary for the normal functioning of the thyroid, adrenal and pituitary glands.
Melatonin is the sleep hormone, tryptophan is the precursor of the happiness hormone serotonin.
At the same time, cheese contains tyramine, which causes headaches.
Therefore, this product should not be consumed by people with individual sensitivity to tyramine.
Eating cheese with red wine can be dangerous to your health due to the dilation of blood vessels, Solomatina warned.
In addition, cheese is contraindicated for obesity and hypertension.
