It turns out that there are as many as 5 products that are simply incompatible with buckwheat porridge.

Unfortunately, many popular dishes are also considered “bad” combinations.

For example, experts do not recommend eating buckwheat with red meat. The fact is that the latter is a source of saturated fats and cholesterol - the body will need a lot of effort to digest it.

In addition, you should not add onions and mushrooms to buckwheat – leave them for some other dish.

Onions contain fructose, and in significant quantities. As a result of its consumption, although not always, digestive problems, bloating and diarrhea occur.

As for mushrooms, from a dietetics standpoint they are a heavy protein component.

If you use them in immoderate quantities, you will surely experience the feeling of discomfort in your stomach.

Finally, you shouldn’t add butter (surprise) and milk to the porridge.

Butter contains a lot of calories – it’s easy to imagine what will happen if you constantly consume a dietary product generously flavored with such an additive. You definitely won’t be able to lose weight on buckwheat with butter.

Milk, in turn, becomes an obstacle to the absorption of iron and zinc contained in buckwheat.
