Nutritionists have responded. According to them, it is worth understanding that we are not talking about any specific products, but about their compatibility and the caloric content of the entire diet.

This is precisely why – due to the compatibility of ingredients – it is proposed to modernize such New Year’s table hits as Olivier salad and herring under a fur coat.

How to do it? Remove harmful mayonnaise. Replace it with, for example, Greek yogurt.

At the same time, you can add mustard and spices to taste.

It is suggested to replace the sausage in the salad with boiled or baked poultry, pork or beef.
