What is the essence of the diet?
To lose weight, an aromatherapist recommends inhaling essential oils before meals: mint, lavender or rose. It is also allowed to smell apples and bananas.
You should also inhale air through your nose when you start to feel hungry.

You can eat everything on the aroma diet, but only if you are hungry and after smelling the recommended aroma.
For breakfast, you should inhale the aroma of mint and, if you have an appetite, eat toast with cheese.
The second breakfast consists of yogurt with berries, which can be eaten after inhaling the aroma.
Likewise, after inhaling the aroma, you can begin your lunch, which consists of meat and vegetables.
For an afternoon snack, use the essential oil again and enjoy the fruit.
Dinner: Once again, inhale the aromas of mint, rose, lavender, apple or banana and eat fish with vegetables.
