The most correct way to lose weight includes only two components: proper nutrition and exercise.

Today we will share with you the recipe for one of these healthy sweets: it does not contain a drop of sugar, which makes it suitable for both those on a diet and those who have already lost extra pounds.

Frankly speaking, to prepare this dessert you will need only two ingredients – 400 g of apples and 120 g of chocolate.

The washed fruit should be peeled and seeded, then cut into slices and baked in the microwave until soft – this usually takes about 10 minutes.

The chocolate should be broken into pieces and melted using a double boiler.

When the apples have cooled, take a blender and make a puree out of them. After that, you need to pour chocolate into the mass, which has become homogeneous.

Beat the apple-chocolate mixture for a few more minutes until it is filled with air bubbles.

All that remains is to pour the finished dessert base into a mold - one large or several small ones, and leave it to harden in a cold place for six hours.
