But in the process of fighting excess weight, you should give up most dishes if you want to become a slim person one day. And if everything is clear with potato pancakes, mashed potatoes and fried potatoes, then the boiled product seems quite healthy.

The fact is that potatoes have a fairly good composition, which is why we actively include them in our diet. But during the period of fighting excess weight, even boiled potatoes should be avoided, experts believe.
