Kiwi can be called the leader in vitamin C content. Research has shown that two kiwis a day increase vitality in just two weeks of such a diet.
A reduction in depressive symptoms and an improvement in emotional background were noted.
At the same time, the researchers noted that 155 adult participants in the experiment initially had lower than normal levels of vitamin C in their bodies.
Some patients took vitamin C to make up for the deficiency. Some ate 2 kiwis a day.
It turned out that those who ate fruit showed positive dynamics on the 4th day of observation. Those who drank vitamin C as a supplement were able to improve their emotional state only on the twelfth day.
