Adults should limit the amount of dairy products in their diet.
The thing is that after a certain age, such products stop being processed normally by the body.
Therapist Lyudmila Lapa spoke about this in more detail, reports the publication Pravda.Ru .
The specialist noted that after 18 years of age it is advisable to drink milk only in minimal quantities.
You should also not get carried away with cottage cheese, since it is poorly digested in adulthood.
Lapa explained that you shouldn’t overdo it with other dairy products in your menu either.
In a conversation with journalists, she also added that adults need to responsibly monitor the nutrition of children under 12 years old, since their immunity has not yet fully developed.
In old age, you should also carefully plan your diet; it would not be a bad idea to consult a doctor.
