Many people believe that the healthiest drink is the one they make themselves.
Although plant milk can be purchased ready-made, there are many recipes for making it at home.
For example, almond milk can be prepared as follows.
First, you need to take raw nuts and wash them, then pour water over the almonds and leave to soak for several hours (at least 4), preferably overnight.
After this, you need to pour boiling water over the soaked kernels to make the process of peeling the skin easier.
Place the peeled kernels in a blender, add water in a 1:1 ratio and grind until smooth. Make sure the mixture does not heat up during the grinding process.
All that remains is to add 2 more parts of water and work with the blender for about 30 more seconds, no less.
Strain the resulting mass through multi-layer cheesecloth or pass it through a French press with a fine mesh.
The almond milk is ready and the remaining pulp can be used to make candies or other sweets.
