This chocolate banana muffin recipe, which can be made in the microwave in just a few minutes, will be a real salvation if you suddenly want something sweet and you are on a diet.
Since the cake only gets its sweetness from the banana, it is moderately sweet, but if you prefer a richer taste, add any sweetener.
For this you will need the following ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons rice flour,
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder,
- 2 tablespoons of milk (use 2.5% fat milk)
- 1 banana,
- 1 egg,
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder.
Take one large, ripe banana and use a fork to mash it into a smooth puree.
Add the egg, milk, mix everything together. Then sift all the dry ingredients through a sieve. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough.
Place the resulting dough into a mug, trying not to fill it to the brim, because the dough will rise during the baking process.
The cake should be cooked in a microwave oven at 800 W for 4 minutes.
