If you're on a diet, it's no wonder that thoughts of sweets can haunt you.
We suggest you get out of this vicious circle by making homemade candies from cottage cheese and banana. To do this, you will need:
- cottage cheese – 100 g;
- banana – 100 g;
- coconut flakes – 100 g;
- prunes – 50 g;
- cocoa powder – 15 g;
- honey – 1 tablespoon;
- dark chocolate – 50 g;
- salt – 1 pinch;
- vanillin – 1 pinch.
Peel a ripe sweet banana and cut it into pieces. Put it in a blender with cocoa powder. Add cottage cheese, prunes and honey.
Add salt and vanilla and beat all ingredients until smooth. Transfer the resulting mass to a bowl and add coconut flakes. Mix everything until smooth.
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Add it to the finished mixture and stir. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Form walnut-sized balls from the chocolate mass. Roll them in sprinkles on all sides. Your healthy homemade candies are ready.
