But, as it turns out, not everyone can include such a product in their diet.
Nutritionist Margarita Koroleva spoke about this in more detail, reports Moscow 24 .
According to the doctor, sour cream can become a product that puts too much strain on the body in cases of liver disease or gallstones.
Such a treat will only make you feel worse.
In addition, as nutritionist Koroleva noted during a conversation with media representatives, sour cream should be avoided if there is an individual intolerance to the product.
There may still be intolerance to cow's milk (lactose, casein).
In this case, the product will provoke hidden inflammatory processes up to an autoimmune response of the body.
