They shared the details as part of the “Live Healthy” program on Channel One.

They said that we should eat tofu.

At the same time, it is enough to include a small amount of it in the diet for the product to have a positive effect on the body.

It is enough to eat just 10 grams of tofu.

Prodeus emphasized that tofu reduces the likelihood of other serious illnesses.

For example, if a person eats up to 100 grams of such a product per day, it reduces the likelihood of death from various diseases, for example, from problems with the heart and blood vessels or from neurological problems.
