She recommended adding whole grain bread to breakfast.
It is better to avoid products made from refined flour.
It is also advisable to give up white rice and replace it with bulgur, buckwheat or brown rice. Regular pasta is also better replaced with those made from whole grain flour.
For intestinal health, you need to remember about probiotics (kefir, sauerkraut, yogurt, etc.).
Afinskaya also noted that the diet should include nuts, flax seeds, fruits and vegetables. She recommended paying special attention to prunes, which have many useful properties.
