It is recommended to include boiled eggs, yogurt, almonds in the diet, eat more vegetables, minimize sugar consumption, and replace fruits with berries.
Experts also recommend eating more foods with potassium, such as lentils or spinach, while foods containing sodium (such as salt) should be reduced.
Rospotrebnadzor advises elderly people to eat 5 times a day. Give preference to products containing a lot of protein and vitamins.
Once a day, a meat, fish or poultry dish is recommended, once a week – a liver dish.
In addition, do not forget about milk, cheese and eggs, which will help replenish the lack of protein, calcium and some vitamins.
