An expert of the online publication Belnovosti, designer Yulia Tychino, told us which curtains should not be chosen for any amount of money.
First of all, curtains of black or any other dark color are prohibited.
In this case, you violate the integrity of the room, in which the curtains will look like contrasting spots, detached from the overall tone of the interior.
Another bad decision is colored tulle or shiny organza. With such a choice, the room will not shine, but will simply look cheap.
In addition, it is worth giving up installation on curtains - no room will benefit from fabric with photo printing applied to it.
Of course, curtains with a very active large print will be a bright and bold choice, but it is better to leave such a color scheme for other “working tools” – the curtains will simply draw attention to themselves.
