Recipe for potato pancakes with mushrooms and cheese
First, boil half a kilo of potatoes in their skins.
When the cooked tubers have cooled, peel them and chop them using a grater (the side with the smallest “drops”).
Add the following ingredients to the resulting potato mass:
- finely chopped fried mushrooms (100 grams);
- grated cheese (150 grams);
- chopped greens.
Next, you need to prepare the liquid component of the future base for the potato pancakes.
First, mix 100 grams of flour, a small amount of soda (on the tip of a knife) and a couple of pinches of salt in a bowl.
Next, break one egg into a container with flour and pour 50 milliliters of milk there.
Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly.
After this, combine the potato-cheese-mushroom mixture with the milk-egg-flour mixture.
The result will be a dough from which you need to make pancakes: fry them in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
The pancakes will turn out gorgeous: very soft, airy and, of course, delicious.
