Anyone who has ever tried to line a baking pan with parchment paper knows how difficult it is.

If you don't want to suffer with wrinkled corners any longer, hold the sheet under running water from the tap for a while, then carefully adjust it to the form so that it fits evenly.

Wet parchment is much more flexible, which makes it easier to shape in the right container.

Cutting onions without tears

To avoid crying while you're chopping onions, rub your cutting board with vinegar.

As a result, gas will not be released, which is the cause of shed tears.

But sometimes the right device fails at the most crucial moment. In such cases, you should wrap the peeled cloves in cling film and beat them with a hammer.
