To ensure that buckwheat is not only tasty but also crumbly, you should follow several rules.

We'll tell you the secrets of making crumbly buckwheat.

How to cook buckwheat correctly

First, before cooking, buckwheat is sorted and washed under running water.

To make buckwheat crumbly, it needs to be fried for 3-4 minutes over low heat.

There should be twice as much water as buckwheat, that is, for one glass of cereal you need to take two glasses of water.

Salt can be added both during the cooking process and to the finished buckwheat. Half a teaspoon of salt is enough for a glass of cereal.

It is advisable to use a saucepan with a thick bottom. Place the cereal in the saucepan, pour in water, and reduce the heat after boiling.

Cooking time is 15-20 minutes. You can also throw the cereal into boiling water and immediately reduce the heat.

There is no need to stir the buckwheat while it is cooking. To check if it is ready, run a spoon along the bottom: if there is no water there, the porridge is ready.

If you are afraid that the buckwheat will burn, remove it from the heat a little earlier and let it stand for 10 minutes.
