A tasty, quick and healthy breakfast is a dish made from cottage cheese. Add a couple of ingredients to it and you will get a hearty casserole.

You will need:
- cottage cheese (9% fat) 360 g;
- carrots 300 g;
- sugar 125 g;
- butter 15 g;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- flour 75 g;
- vanilla to taste.
How to cook
1. Peel the carrots, grate them on a fine grater, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, and mix.
2. Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs, remaining sugar and vanilla.
3. Sift flour into it and knead the dough.
4. Grease the baking dish with oil, put in half of the curd mass, then the carrots, then the second part of the curd.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the casserole in it for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, berry syrup or jam. Enjoy!
