You will need:
- oat flakes 100 g;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- semolina 1 tbsp;
- sugar 1 tbsp;
- a pinch of salt;
- sour cream 2 tbsp;
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp;
- baking powder 0.5 tsp.
How to cook
1. Beat eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese and oatmeal.
2. Mix and add salt, vanilla sugar and sour cream. Grind with a blender into a homogeneous mass.
3. Then add semolina and baking powder, mix and leave for 15-20 minutes.
4. Heat the frying pan, and when the semolina swells, you can start baking the pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides.
Serve with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
