You will need:
- tomatoes 1-2 pcs;
- eggs 1-2 pcs;
- loaf;
- hard cheese to taste;
- lettuce leaves;
- olive oil;
- Provencal herbs;
- mayonnaise;
- tuna (canned).
How to cook
1. Chop the lettuce leaves. You can add fresh herbs to taste and desire.
2. Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized cubes. Boil the eggs, peel and chop. Don't chop them too finely, otherwise they will crumble.
3. Cut the loaf into medium cubes, mix butter, salt and Provencal herbs.
Let the bread soak in this dressing and bake the croutons in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees Celsius, for 2-3 minutes.
4. Cut the fish, mix the ingredients in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
If necessary, cool the salad in the refrigerator and serve. Enjoy!
