It is much easier to prepare a casserole that can be eaten even by those on a diet.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-category baker told how to bake a dietary casserole from cabbage.
You will need:
- cabbage (white) 450 g;
- cheese 120 gr;
- eggs 3 pcs;
- salt and spices to taste;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Peel the cabbage, cut into pieces and stew with salt and spices.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add 80 grams of grated cheese to the mixture, and stir.
3. Transfer the stewed cabbage into a baking dish greased with vegetable oil and pour in the egg mixture.
4. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
