Among others, Chinese cabbage has long been a fixture on our shelves. Salads are usually made from it.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to prepare a vitamin salad from Peking cabbage.
You will need:
- Chinese cabbage 300 g;
- fresh cucumber 1 pc;
- green onions – 1 bunch;
- eggs 3 pcs;
- natural yogurt.
How to cook
1. Chop half a head of Chinese cabbage.
2. Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel and cut into cubes.
3. Cut the cucumber into cubes or thin strips, chop the onion feathers.
4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with natural yogurt.
Mix, cool if necessary and serve the healthy and light salad. Enjoy!
