A delicious and healthy beet salad can be prepared in a matter of minutes. It may not be suitable for a festive table, but for a family dinner it is the best.

You will need:
- beetroot 1 pc;
- beans (canned, white) 1 can;
- bell pepper 1 pc;
- tomato 1 pc;
- onion (salad red) 1 pc;
- garlic 1 clove;
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp;
- lemon juice 1 tbsp.
How to cook
1. For the salad you will need boiled or baked beets. Grate them on a coarse grater.
2. Sweet peppers need to be seeded and cut into thin strips.
3. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices or cubes, and press the garlic.
4. Cut the onion into half rings or cubes.
5. Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl, drain the marinade from the beans and add to the salad.
6. Season with vegetable oil and add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
Mix and serve. Enjoy!
