Here is just such a recipe for a salad with avocado and shrimp.

Just from the list of ingredients, one can conclude that the salad is not only easy to digest, but also healthy, as it does not contain mayonnaise or fatty foods.
You will need:
- shrimp 200 g;
- avocado 1 pc;
- fresh cucumbers 2 pcs;
- quail eggs 6 pcs;
- lemon juice,
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Boil the shrimp, clean them, and if they are large, you can cut them as you wish.
2. Boil the quail eggs hard.
To do this, you need to put them in cold water and remove them from the heat 4 minutes after the water boils.
Once they cool, peel them and cut them into halves.
3. Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes.
4. Cut the cucumbers into cubes no larger than the other ingredients in the salad.
5. Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix freshly squeezed lemon juice with vegetable oil.
In this case, it is indeed better to use olive oil.
Pour the dressing over the salad, add salt and spices to taste and serve. Enjoy!
