Recipe for Belarusian-style syrniki
First, prepare 100 grams of raisins: wash the dried grapes, place them in a deep container and pour boiling water over them.
After a quarter of an hour, drain the water and transfer the raisins to a paper towel.
While the dried berries are drying, make the curd base: add one raw egg and 50 grams of granulated sugar to 400 grams of fatty cottage cheese.
Mix the mixture thoroughly and “grind” it.
Add previously processed raisins and half a glass of flour to the resulting mixture.
After repeated mixing, you will get a rather sticky mass. Try to form many balls from them, each of which is about 2 centimeters in diameter.
Form the cheesecakes on a floured countertop.
Place the resulting balls in a container and place in the freezer for 180 minutes.
After this, remove the cheesecakes from the refrigerator and fry them in a large amount of oil.
As a result, you will get a lot of golden balls that can be eaten with sour cream or jam: it will be very tasty.
