How to make potato pancake
Peel four potatoes and grate them using a grater (the side with the large “droplets”).
Salt the resulting mass and leave it untouched for 5 minutes.
Next, remove excess moisture from the potato base.
After that, put the mixture in a preheated frying pan. Spread the base evenly over the bottom of the pan. Put the lid on the frying pan, turn the heat down to minimum and set the timer for 10 minutes.
During this time, you will have time to prepare the egg mixture. Break 3 chicken eggs into a deep container, add a little salt and beat them.
Pour the resulting mass over the potato base (equally 10 minutes after the start of frying the latter).
Place the lid back on the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
Then remove the lid, turn the flatbread over and set the timer for another 5 minutes.
