– flour – 650 grams;
– cottage cheese – 250 grams;
– 4 chicken eggs;
– sugar – 60 grams;
– a teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
– half a teaspoon of baking powder;
– a teaspoon of soda;
– half a teaspoon of vinegar;
- powdered sugar.

Let's start cooking. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking tray with baking paper.

Place cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl.

Then beat with a mixer or knead with a blender – you should get a homogeneous mass.

Add baking soda quenched with vinegar and stir.

Then sift the flour (550 grams) with baking powder, add to the curd mass and mix.

Then sprinkle the table with the remaining flour, lay out the dough, roll it into a roller and divide into 24 parts.

Form a ball from each piece and place them on a baking sheet (the distance between the donuts should be about 2 centimeters).

Place the baking tray in the oven (middle level). Bake for 25-30 minutes.

The donuts should be browned. Then we put them on a wire rack, let them cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
