How to make cheesecakes with apple additive
One apple is enough for 400 grams of cottage cheese.
The fruit must be cut into small cubes.
The resulting cubes must be added to the curd mass along with one raw egg and 100 grams of flour.
Do not add grated apple to the base under any circumstances!
If you ignore this recommendation, the dough will have an unfortunate consistency: the cheesecakes will then spread across the pan.
