But this plum pie recipe will make you forget all your baking problems.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to cook.
You will need:
- butter 100 g;
- sugar 125 g;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- flour 190 g;
- baking powder 1 tsp;
- milk 30 ml;
- plum 200 gr,
- a pinch of cinnamon.
How to cook
1. Beat the butter with 100 grams of sugar until smooth and fluffy, then add the eggs.
2. Sift the flour, mix and pour in milk at room temperature.
3. Knead the dough with a mixer at low speed or by hand.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour and place thinly sliced plums on the bottom.
5. Mix cinnamon with one tablespoon of sugar and sprinkle this mixture over the filling.
Pour the dough, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the pie for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
