Cheesecakes for breakfast are a source of energy and nutrients, as well as a good mood.
If only the syrniki would turn out well and be baked properly, and not fall apart in the pan.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to make the best syrniki.
You will need:
- cottage cheese 200 g;
- hard cheese 100 g;
- eggs 1 pc;
- rice flour 2 tbsp;
- garlic 1 clove;
- herbs and spices to taste.
How to cook
1. Separate the yolk and mix it with the cottage cheese, add salt and spices to taste.
2. Peel and press the garlic, chop the greens and put them in a bowl with the cottage cheese. Then sift the flour and knead the dough.
3. Cut the cheese into small bars and form cheesecakes, stuffing each with a piece of cheese.
4. Bread the pieces in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.
5. Serve with sour cream or natural yogurt. Enjoy!
