Pollock is very tasty on its own. And if you cook the fish under a cheese cap, you will get a madness of taste for dinner.
This dish is distinguished by its tenderness and juiciness, while the mentioned cap makes it look even more appetizing.
Another unique feature is that the dish can be served both for a festive occasion and for an everyday dinner.
The recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
We will need 500 grams of pollock fillet, 100 grams of hard cheese, two eggs.

You will also need vegetable oil (to grease the pan), salt, pepper and seasonings (to taste).
What to do: preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Rinse the pollock fillet, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into pieces.
Add salt, pepper, seasonings (to taste), and then leave to marinate (for 15-20 minutes).
During this time, you can grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Also beat the eggs in a bowl – the mixture should be homogeneous.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. And put the prepared pieces of pollock in there.
Pour beaten eggs over the pollock and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes – the cheese should melt and brown.
We take out the prepared dish, let it cool a little and serve.
