Just one glass of kefir is needed to knead the dough for the most delicious donuts.
They are very easy to cook and fry, and the taste is familiar to many from childhood.

You will need:
- kefir 1 glass;
- sugar 3 tbsp;
- egg 1 pc;
- flour 300 g;
- salt 1/4 tsp;
- soda 1/2 tsp.
How to cook
1. Mix together the egg and kefir, sugar and salt. Mix until smooth.
2. When ready, add soda slaked with vinegar.
3. Sift flour into the kefir mixture and knead the dough.
4. The finished dough should be very soft and slightly sticky to your hands.
5. Let it sit for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with flour, divide the dough into equal parts and form donuts or ears out of it, giving it any shape.
6. Fry the donuts in a large amount of vegetable oil, several at a time, for 2-3 minutes on each side.
When ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!
